Terms of Use
These Terms describe personal use of HerMorrow, purchase handling through Apple, and important health and availability limitations.
Acceptance
By using HerMorrow, you agree to use the app only under these Terms of Use.
Personal and lawful use
Use HerMorrow for your personal, lawful recordkeeping. Do not misuse the app, interfere with it, or use it to harm another person.
Health-information limitations
HerMorrow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or monitoring of a medical condition.
Calendar-estimate limitations
Calendar estimates are based on recorded dates and can differ from what occurs. Do not use HerMorrow for contraception, pregnancy confirmation, or urgent medical decisions.
User responsibility for entered information
You choose what to enter and share. HerMorrow cannot verify that entries are complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular use.
Device and security responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your device, device passcode, and access to shared files. PIN and biometric controls reduce casual in-app access but cannot guarantee absolute security.
HerMorrow Plus purchases
HerMorrow Plus unlocks premium features through eligible App Store purchases. Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime unlock the same central Plus entitlement.
Monthly and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions
Monthly and Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription payment is handled by Apple. Renewal and cancellation are managed through the user’s Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not retroactively erase the current paid period.
Lifetime non-consumable purchase
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase rather than a subscription. It is not a promise that every current feature will remain unchanged forever or that the app will operate forever.
Restore Purchases
Restore Purchases checks eligible App Store purchases and updates HerMorrow Plus access when Apple reports an active entitlement.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable purchase and refund process. HerMorrow does not receive the user’s full payment-card details from StoreKit.
Intellectual property
HerMorrow, its interface, text, graphics, and code are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party software remains owned by its respective owners.
Availability and changes
HerMorrow may change, pause, or discontinue features. The app does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every current feature will remain unchanged.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HerMorrow is provided as available and without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HerMorrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using HerMorrow at any time. Local data controls remain available in the app, subject to platform backup behavior and copies you already shared elsewhere.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated before or after release. The effective date will be updated when the published Terms change.
