Getting started
Use HerMorrow as a private cycle and wellbeing journal. Add the information you choose to enter, then review recorded history over time.
Recording a period start
Open a daily entry and record bleeding as it happened. Period-start history can also be reviewed from Cycle setup.
Editing or deleting a daily entry
Open the date from Today or Calendar, adjust the fields you recorded, and save the entry. Removing a value means HerMorrow treats it as not recorded.
Face ID, Touch ID, and PIN
Create a HerMorrow PIN first, then enable supported biometrics when available on your device. These controls reduce casual in-app access but do not replace device security.
Calendar estimates
Future period dates are calendar-based estimates from recorded period starts. They can differ from what occurs and are hidden when Cycle Context pauses estimates.
Cycle Context
Cycle Context is selected manually by you. HerMorrow does not infer these contexts from test results, symptoms, or missing periods.
HerMorrow Plus
Monthly and Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases in the iOS app.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases when Plus does not appear active after a reinstall, device change, or purchase issue. Restore checks eligible App Store purchases.
Notifications and reminders
Reminders are local notifications with generic text. If reminders do not arrive, check notification access in iPhone Settings and confirm the saved reminder time.
Creating and sharing a Cycle Summary
Shareable Cycle Summary PDFs are created after you choose a range, select sections, and confirm. The native iOS share sheet controls where the file goes.
Delete All HerMorrow Data
Privacy & Data includes Delete all HerMorrow data. This removes local app records on this device but does not cancel App Store subscriptions or delete copies already shared elsewhere.
Troubleshooting
Try restarting the app, checking notification access in iPhone Settings, using Restore Purchases, confirming Face ID or Touch ID availability, and checking the selected Cycle Context when calendar estimates are paused.
