Health & Estimate Safety
Health & Estimate Safety
HerMorrow records and summarizes information you choose to enter. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor a medical condition.
Calendar estimates
Future period dates are calendar-based estimates. They can differ from what occurs, and missing or delayed records affect estimates. Cycle Context can pause future estimates.
Possible Ovulation Window
The Possible Ovulation Window is a broad calendar estimate. It does not confirm ovulation, does not identify safe or unsafe days, and must not be used to prevent pregnancy.
Recorded-history insights
Insights summarize recorded information. Missing days are not treated as symptom-free days, and insights do not diagnose a condition or predict future symptoms.
Advanced Tracking
Advanced Tracking values and observations are raw user-entered records. One temperature reading does not confirm ovulation. Cervical mucus records do not confirm fertility. Ovulation test records do not confirm ovulation. Pregnancy-test observations are not interpreted by HerMorrow.
Care Memory
Care Memory summaries describe user-selected follow-ups. They do not establish that an action caused a change and do not recommend treatment.
Cycle Context
Cycle Context is selected manually by the user. HerMorrow does not infer pregnancy, hormonal birth control use, postpartum status, or breastfeeding from entries, symptoms, missing periods, or test results. When a selected context is active, calendar-based future estimates are paused.
Shareable Cycle Summary
Shareable Cycle Summary PDFs are user-recorded summaries. They are not medical records, and recipients may save or forward them.
Medical decisions
Do not rely on HerMorrow for contraception, pregnancy confirmation, diagnosis, treatment, or urgent medical decisions.
For persistent, severe, unusual, or concerning symptoms, consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.
Emergency limitations
HerMorrow is not an emergency service. For an emergency or immediate safety concern, contact local emergency services.
